Open Baptism on Sunday, May 24

St. Luke’s is hosting an open baptism on Sunday, May 24, 2026 for all those who wish to be baptized (infants to adults). You do not need to be a member of St. Luke’s to participate.

Those being baptized and their guardians (for children) will meet with Fr. Radzik at 9 a.m. The baptisms will take place during the 10 a.m. mass.

For those interested in participating, please call the church office at 215-968-2781.

Installation of New Vestry Members

Fr. David Radzik will install the new members of the vestry on Sunday, May 10 at the 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. masses.

The new members of Vestry include:

  • Tom Cinque
  • Linda Ferkel
  • Michelle Mooney
  • Wayne Randolph
  • George Todt

St. Luke’s temporal affairs of the parish are directed by its vestry. The vestry consists of twelve laypeople elected to serve a three-year term. Each member is charged with overseeing an important aspect of the church’s business through various committees. These committees include but are not limited to: Property, Finance, Stewardship, Hospitality, Communications, Altar Guild, Vacation Bible School, and ECW.

Along with committee duties, the Vestry is an important liaison between the parish and the diocese when searching/hiring a new parish rector.

St. Luke’s Hosts “Play Cafe” on every Tuesday from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

A portion of our Parish House will be open on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. as space for children to play together and for parents/caregivers to take a much needed breather during their busy week. Coffee and use of our WIFI network will be available to adults, and toys and activities will be available for the kids. We are looking for volunteers to help lead kids’ activities and read stories. Please email Rev. Dave at stlukesnewtownrector@gmail.com or the Parish Office at stlukeschurchpa@verizon.net or call (215) 968-2781 with any questions.

Free and open to the community.

Welcome to St. Luke’s

St. Luke’s Church is an Episcopal parish located in the heart of Newtown, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We are members of the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania, and are currently under the spiritual guidance of Fr. David Radzik, Rector. St. Luke’s honors the traditional liturgies and languages, and offers only Rite 1 services.

Parish membership is a wonderful cross-section of ages, ethnicities, income levels, interests, and abilities. Our parish is a destination church with many members traveling to St. Luke’s due to the traditional services we offer.
